Disappearing act

Ok, there are only two reasons in the world, why a software professional like meself, would read a book titled "Thinking in C++", "Professional C#.NET" ...
1) A beautiful *single* girl has joined the team and she needs some help on the aforementioned topics.
2) Or, one is planning a *shift*.

You can safely assume my streak of luck with the ladies might change an iota a microsecond before doomsday. Please derive the rest and let me do a disappearing act now. Let the records show that me disappreared somewhere in Pune.
